How To Use
Instructions on how to use the iHealth Track:
- Make sure the cuff is the right size for your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.
- Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight.
- Place the cuff on your upper arm, with the center of the bladder over your brachial artery.
- Turn on the monitor.
- Press the start button.
- The monitor will inflate and deflate automatically.
- Your blood pressure readings will be displayed on the screen.
- When the measurement is complete, the monitor will automatically turn off.
Here are some additional tips for using the iHealth Track:
- Take your blood pressure at the same time each day, preferably in the morning after you wake up and before you eat breakfast.
- Relax and avoid talking while you are taking your blood pressure.
- If you are taking your blood pressure for the first time, it is a good idea to have a friend or family member help you.
